REV CX provides consulting and advisory services focused on Customer Success, customer value strategy, adoption, operating models, renewal risk, and related business advisory work. Specific services, scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or engagement agreement.

3. Client Engagements

REV CX services begin once an engagement is confirmed through a signed agreement, accepted proposal, or other written approval. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to relevant stakeholders, and reasonable cooperation needed to perform the agreed services.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and expenses are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or engagement agreement. REV CX reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of non-payment.

5. Appropriate Use

Clients agree to use REV CX services, materials, and recommendations for lawful business purposes only. Clients may not copy, distribute, misrepresent, or misuse REV CX materials without written permission.

6. No Guaranteed Results

REV CX provides advisory guidance, recommendations, frameworks, and consulting deliverables based on available information and professional experience. REV CX does not guarantee specific business outcomes, renewal rates, revenue growth, cost savings, or customer retention results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the REV CX website, including text, images, design, frameworks, articles, and related materials, is the property of REV CX and may not be reproduced without written permission. Unless otherwise agreed, REV CX retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, and consulting approaches.

8. Confidentiality

REV CX and the client may exchange confidential business information during an engagement. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the engagement.

9. Privacy

Use of REV CX services is also governed by the REV CX Privacy Policy, available separately on the website.

10. Changes to Terms

REV CX reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of REV CX services shall be subject to the courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
